The boarders at Gresham’s Prep enjoy making the most of the fantastic location on the coast and regularly enjoy a trip to the beach. Our weekends are a key time for our full boarders and a trip out is organised such as surfing, climbing, tubing or a trip to a water park to name a few. Every evening there is an opportunity for the boarders to make the most of the facilities on the school site, whether it is playing outside, enjoying a fire pit and roasting marshmallows, swimming, music practice, using the art room, sports hall or cricket nets or enjoying games together as a group on site or in our woodlands. Movie night on a Wednesday and the famous pancakes each week on a Friday night, cooked by Mrs Goode.
All pupils at Gresham’s Prep are able to experience their childhood in a safe and caring environment and remain a child for as long as possible before moving onto their Senior School in Year 9.
Weekends are a key time for boarders to enjoy time as a boarding family and provide a time of fun and relaxation after a busy week. Every Sunday we organise a trip out for the boarders. Trips have included;
- Surfing
- Walks on the coastal path and picnics
- Trampolining
- Shopping in Norwich
- Cultural trip in Cambridge
- Aqua Park
- Climbing, high ropes and zip wire in our woods
- Visiting local historical attractions
- Seal boat trips
- Making the most of the beautiful North Norfolk beaches
